Well, it has been a little quiet here at Active Living Zoomers.  Susan and I have had a busy couple of months and blogging hasn’t been top priority.  We have also realized the blog needs some technical updates, so we have called in some tech support.  We decided now might be a good time to take a break from writing, learn all the techy stuff we need to fine tune the blog and allow our creative juices to get flowing again. For about the past 6 months or so, I have been feeling like a stranger in my own body.  I don’t know how else to describe it.  I am hoping many of you lovely ladies will know exactly what I am talking about.  You know the feeling:  brain fog, chronic fatigue, irregular cycles, spotting at random times, PMS that is through the roof and seems to last all month.  Well, you get the idea.  My doctor says it is all related to peri-menopause.   I can’t bring myself to write how long she said it could last.
